3 Nights / 4 Days Itinerary

Our trip begins as the car picks you up from the airport in Guwahati City. We then visit the Kamakhya Temple before transferring to Shillong, also called the 'Scotland of the East'. While traveling, enjoy the majestic Umiam Dam surrounded by sylvan hills. On reaching Shillong, we’ll do a little local sightseeing, then head to the hotel and relax.

Begin your day in Shillong and travel to Mawphlang, home to the renowned Mawphlang Sacred Grove, steeped in Khasi folklore. Explore its biodiversity and visit the nearby Heritage Village. Conclude the trip with a peaceful nature walk before returning to Shillong.

This full-day activity involves descending over 3,000 steep steps, offering a challenging yet rewarding experience. Pause beneath the hanging bridges for a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear natural swimming pools. After completing the trek, climb back up the steps and return to the hotel for a well-deserved rest, basking in the glow of an exhilarating day.

Take a break at Umiam Dam Lake near Shillong for refreshments and scenic views. Continue your journey toward Guwahati. Once there, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple or enjoy a relaxing evening cruise on the Brahmaputra River to end your day peacefully.
